We believe employees thrive with freedom! None of the micro-managing nonsense. Our employees have the freedom to specialize in their niche’, set their own pricing, choose their schedule, and have complete access to client information.
Specializing
Forcing stylists to perform everything from clipper cuts to perms is a thing of the past. This old-school mentality puts clients in a vulnerable position, being paired with a stylist who may not be skilled in the look they are wanting. Specializing prevents over-booking and burnout for the stylist, ensuring they are only performing services they are truly passionate about. We want our stylists to grow and attract their ideal clientele!
Time-Based Pricing
All of our stylists have an hourly rate that has gratuity built into it. Stylists are able to choose their own rate, as well as raise their prices when they see fit! This empowers our employees to charge their worth, and builds transparency and trust with our clients.
Unlimited Time Off
Work/life balance is extremely important! We encourage our stylists to take time off to rest and recharge to prevent burnout. Employees are given complete control of their schedule; what days they work, but most importantly, what days they don’t!
No Retail
Clients are tired of having over-priced salon products pushed on them and trust me, hairdressers are sick of being forced to sell it (especially when their raise depends on it). All of our employees have their own online affiliate links so they can partner with brands they actually believe in.
No Front Desk
To book an appointment at Superbloom, clients communicate with their desired artist instead of a receptionist. This ensures all clients are booked for the correct amount of time and know exactly how much a service will be before they arrive.
